On The Lawn is probably the best birthday surprise I’ve ever received. My phone was ringing when I walked in the door that day, and neighbor called from around the corner (she can’t see my house from hers) and said, “I heard you laughing from all the way over here—what in the world is going on at your house?” I tell you, thirty-four years of birthdays and that’s the first thing I’ve ever received that I was still talking about weeks later!
